Protective films
It seems like my product is smaller than the phone screen — is that how it should be?
Phones with curved screens are quite a challenge when it comes to providing the most effective protection possible. When designing a film for a specific phone model, we carry out a series of tests to find the perfect balance between the protected surface and resistance to lifting and peeling. Thanks to the margin left around the edges, protective films are compatible with most cases.
24 hours have passed and there are still bubbles on my film
Protective films are made from a material that is able to regenerate, so any air bubbles should disappear within 24 hours. However, if more time has passed since installation and the bubbles have not improved, please contact us so that we can clarify the situation.
Why did the film get scratched so quickly?
Scratches are mainly caused by quartz, which is present even in the air and dust. It is harder than the tool steel we use in our tests. So while steel poses no threat to our product, quartz unfortunately does. It is worth remembering that all types of protection are primarily designed to protect the display, so that it remains undamaged in such situations. That is why the film, while fulfilling its main purpose, is exposed to various types of hazards.
Tempered glass
Will I be able to use the fingerprint normally after installing the tempered glass?
After installing the tempered glass, increase the screen sensitivity in the phone settings, remove the old fingerprint, and then add a new fingerprint again. The protection will then not affect the operation of the device.
The glass cracked during use
Tempered glass is highly scratch-resistant – 9H, making it extremely difficult to scratch. At the same time, it is made from a rigid material, which makes it fragile and means it may break if the device is dropped.
Hybrid glass
Why did the glass get scratched?
Hybrid glass has a hardness of 6.7H – this is a high value, however there are materials and minerals in our environment that exceed it. Case
My 3mk ArmorCase arrived scratched
For this product, remove the protective film layers from both the inside and outside of the case.
My case has changed colour. Can anything be done about it?
We use the highest-quality components to produce our protection products, which minimises the yellowing process of the case; however, it may still occur. This is not a product defect in any way and does not reduce its protective properties. Such situations are not covered by our Warranty.
My 3mk MattCase is dirty after a few months. Can anything be done about it?
This type of case can be washed in a washing machine. To do this, set the wash to a low temperature without using detergents.
My case has become deformed. Can anything be done about it?
Deformation is usually caused by removing and putting on the case too often. When removing it, do so carefully, i.e. do not grip its most delicate part (near the cut-outs for the phone’s functional elements, e.g. buttons, charging port).

Can I use just one wireless earbud?
3mk wireless earbuds support mono mode, allowing you to use just one. Simply remove one earbud from the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically switch to mono mode.
How can Hardy® LifePods PRO™ earbuds be personalised?
Earbud personalisation is possible after installing the TUYA app on your smartphone. Through the app, you can change the sound settings or adjust other advanced earbud functions.
Is the Fuego™ speaker water-resistant?
The speaker has an IPX7 rating, so it can be submerged in water up to one metre deep for 30 minutes.
Will 3mk products protect my phone from the effects of a drop?
3mk protective products minimise the risk of damage to the device. However, we are not able to guarantee that the phone will not be damaged. It is enough for the force applied to exceed the level of protection. The above matters are regulated by our Warranty Card: 3mk.global/warranty

Which case provides the best smartphone protection?
All cases in our offer provide protection against the effects of drops. We distinguish 5 impact resistance classes for cases – Absorber125™, Absorber150™, Absorber175™, Absorber185™ and Absorber200™. The higher the resistance class, the better protection the case provides.
Can the MagSynergy™ power bank charge two devices at once?
The power bank can charge two devices at the same time – via cable and wirelessly.
Is the MagSynergy™ power bank compatible with other brands?
Charging via cable is possible for all devices with USB-C. Wireless charging, however, is possible for smartphones that have this function. However, MagSafe technology will only work with Apple devices.
How do I connect the Hyper Car FM Transmitter to a car radio?
To connect the transmitter, place it in the cigarette lighter socket and set the same FM frequency on the car radio as the one displayed on the transmitter.
