WARRANTY CARD for 3mk Protection products

The guarantor is 3mk Protection sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ostrów Wielkopolski (63-400) at Krotoszyńska 35, building B-02, unit 4a, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000869762, NIP: 6222833086, email: sklep@3mk.pl, tel. +48 728 365 365 (www.3mk.pl).
The warranty is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The warranty is valid together with proof of purchase.
In the case of a complaint regarding an AllSafe™ product, if it is not possible to identify the specific type of product and no QR code enabling such identification has been provided, the person exercising warranty rights shall bear the costs of preparing an expert opinion enabling product identification, up to the gross amount of PLN 100, but not higher than the amount of costs actually incurred by 3mk in connection with preparing the expert opinion.

The warranty covers only defects arising from causes inherent in the sold item, which do not include easily removable remnants of film in cut-out openings or yellowing on the edges of protective layers, which are normal consequences of production and do not reduce the functional value of the product.
The warranty applies to the quality of 3mk Protection protective products of various categories, whose basic function is to minimise the risk of scratches and other damage to the displays and casings of electronic devices. However, the guarantor does not guarantee that electronic devices with installed 3mk Protection products will not be destroyed or damaged.
The guarantor provides:
1. high functionality and quality of the product;
2. compatibility of the product shape with the device for which the product is intended;
3. product safety based on the RoHS standard;
4. no deformation of properly used products during use (unused products, in order to maintain their shape, should be stored in the original packaging, away from sources of moisture and heat and without direct exposure to sunlight);
5. for 3mk Protection protective films and glass protectors – retention of adhesive properties for the duration of the warranty period (provided that the product is used in an ordinary and typical manner);
6. for the NaturalCase polypropylene case – retention of the product colour for the duration of the warranty period;
7. for Clear Case and Armor Case shock-absorbing cases – mechanical durability of the buttons.
The warranty does not cover in particular:
1. mechanical damage to the product caused by external factors (e.g. scratches, cracks), including damage caused by the use of cases;
2. damage caused by improper installation of the product, i.e. installation not in accordance with the instructions, including installation on a device that is damaged;
3. damage caused by using the product at temperatures outside the range of +5 to +50 degrees Celsius;
4. damage caused by the effect of water and moisture on the product;
5. damage caused by the effect of high temperatures and chemicals or their vapours on the product;
6. effects of normal wear and tear during use, not resulting from defects inherent in the sold item (abrasions, dirt, fingerprints);
7. products subjected to mechanical processing (e.g. self-cutting, making holes);
8. in the case of protective films and glass protectors – damage caused by attempts to remove the product;
9. in the case of Clear Case, Armor Case, MagCase, Just20g MagCase and Just20g Case shock-absorbing cases – change of colour (yellowing) of the case resulting from the passage of time and natural wear of the material.
If defects covered by the warranty are revealed within the period specified in this warranty statement, the guarantor is obliged to remove the physical defect of the item or to deliver an item free from defects. If the item has already been repaired or replaced, the warranty holder may also request a refund of the price. However, the warranty holder loses their warranty rights if they do not notify the guarantor of the defect within 14 days from the date of its discovery.
The person exercising warranty rights should deliver the product to the guarantor’s registered office specified in point 1 or to the official 3mk Protection point of sale where the purchase was made. The cost of delivering the product shall be covered by the guarantor, provided that the warranty claim proves justified.
The guarantor is obliged to perform its obligations within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item by the warranty holder and to deliver the item to the warranty holder at its own expense.
In matters not regulated by the above terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights, i.e. the warranty holder’s rights, arising from the provisions on statutory warranty for defects in the sold item.
