Report a dangerous product

Contact us at 3mk@3mk.pl, if you want to:

• file a complaint regarding product safety,
• report an accident related to a product,
• report product safety issues.

It is worth including the following in your report:

• first and last name,
• product name,
• product identification number (e.g. type, batch, series),
• place of purchase,
• date of purchase,
• description of the irregularity and materials showing the problem (e.g. photos, videos, recordings).

We carefully analyse every report and, if necessary, take appropriate corrective action.
