Right of withdrawal from a distance contract

Only a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. In accordance with Article 22 (1) of the Civil Code, a Consumer is understood as a natural person who performs a legal act with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (3mk Protection Sp. z o.o., ul. Żółkiewskiego 3A, 3rd floor, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, tel. 728 365 365, link to the form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

You may also complete and send the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically to sklep@3mk.pl or complete the contact form (link). If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of the information about withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another solution.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (except for orders with a value above PLN 100). The amount of these costs is estimated at a maximum of approximately PLN 100.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way other than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The consumer’s right of withdrawal from the contract is excluded in the case of: Contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs. Contracts where the subject of the service is goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably connected with other goods.
