How can I check product availability at a selected company store?
Product availability at stores can be checked by filling in the contact form or by contacting the selected store directly.
I can’t find protection for my device, what should I do?
Our products are designed using real devices. Our range is constantly expanding to include protection for more phones, tablets and smartwatches. However, if you cannot find a product designed for your device, contact us using the contact form and we will certainly help.
Will I be able to install it myself?
Of course! We make every effort to ensure that installing each of our products is child’s play. For every product, we record a clear video instruction – you can find them at: tutorial.3mk.pl. What’s more, the set includes accessories that make installation much easier (depending on the product you choose, these may include Fit-In™ positioning stickers, an Anti-Buble Card™, Dust-Fix™ stickers, a set of cloths or a squeegee). In addition, HARDY® Tempered Glass is equipped with an applicator, making installation a real pleasure.
Where can the product be professionally installed?
This service is provided by official 3mk Protection company stores. For in-store purchases, installation is carried out free of charge. If you buy the product at 3mk.global, installation at a store is subject to a fee.
Do 3mk products affect screen sensitivity or performance, colour display, Wi-Fi performance, GSM/LTE signal, NFC or wireless charging?
Our products are designed with maximum device compatibility in mind, so they do not affect the functionalities listed above. We guarantee full neutrality for radio waves (Wi-Fi, GSM/LTE, NFC). When using our products, there will also be no decrease in wireless charging performance. We ensure a clear and uniform structure so that the displayed image retains its colours, brightness and saturation. If you experience difficulties using the fingerprint reader, it is worth increasing the screen sensitivity and registering your fingerprint again in light screen mode.
Will 3mk products be compatible with my case?
3mk screen protection products are compatible with cases from our range. We do our best to ensure that our products are also compatible with cases from other manufacturers, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a 100% fit. FlexibleGlass and FlexibleGlass Lite hybrid glass screen protectors, as well as HardGlass tempered glass screen protectors, can be used with cases from any manufacturer.
Can I order a product in custom dimensions?

Are 3mk products safe?
YES! For the screen and oleophobic layer – we prepare our products in such a way that they do not affect the performance or durability of the screen. Their purpose is protection. Therefore, they are 100% safe for your phone.
For the environment – our products have received RoHS certification. This means that they have been manufactured in compliance with environmental protection standards and are environmentally friendly.
For health – 3mk products have PZH certification. This confirms that 3mk products, when used as intended, do not pose a risk to human health.
SilverProtection+ film and FlexibleGlass hybrid glass have been equipped with an antimicrobial layer containing silver nanoparticles, which eliminate most bacteria, viruses and microbes.
What are Fit-In™ stickers and Dust-Fix™ tabs used for?
Dust-Fix™ is a small, discreet tab that allows you to remove dust particles from the device screen while installing the glass. Its lower layer is covered with a special adhesive that helps remove specks of dust. The tabs also play an important role during the installation of some products – they allow you to easily separate the layers.
Fit-In™ are stickers included with some glass models, which allow you to precisely position the product in relation to the front camera and smartphone sensors. They are attached to the side of the phone, preventing the glass from shifting during installation.

Is the adhesive substance applied across the entire surface of the glass?
The adhesive substance is applied across the entire surface in most glass screen protectors. The exceptions are HardGlass Max™ and HardGlass Max Lite™ glass screen protectors dedicated to models with curved edges or with a fingerprint reader built into the screen. Depending on the device model, three adhesive placement variants are used: across the entire surface, on the edges, and on the edges plus the fingerprint reader area.
What does it mean that a product is case friendly?
We guarantee full compatibility of our glass screen protectors and films with 3mk cases. Screen protection products are also case friendly with most cases available on the market. However, if you have a case with high edges that overlap the screen, please contact us before purchasing – we will help you choose the best product.
Will 3mk products protect my phone from the effects of a fall?
3mk protective products minimise the risk of damage to the device. However, we cannot guarantee that the phone will not be damaged. It is enough for the force applied to exceed the level of protection. The above matters are regulated by our Warranty Card: 3mk.pl/produkty/gwarancja.
Is glass better than film?
Tempered glass, hybrid glass and protective films are products with different properties.
Tempered glass offers the highest scratch resistance, hybrid glass does not crack, and protective films provide the highest protection against the effects of drops.
It is worth choosing the product based on the conditions in which you use your smartphone.
Which case provides the best protection for a smartphone?
All cases in our range provide protection against the effects of drops. We distinguish 5 impact resistance classes for cases: Absorber125™, Absorber150™, Absorber175™, Absorber185™ and Absorber200™. The higher the resistance class, the better protection the case provides.
What is the difference between HARDY LifePods Pro and LifePods?
HARDY headphones can be charged wirelessly. The product can also be connected to the TUYA app, which allows you to personalise the sound settings according to your individual preferences.
Will the power bank charge the device wirelessly?
The MagSynergy power bank is fully compatible with MagSafe technology and allows you to charge two devices at the same time – one wirelessly and the other using a cable.
When charging several devices at the same time, is the charging power the same on each port?

Which car holder can be mounted on the windscreen?
